I want to know Can I fill my ICICI/HSBC/HDFC or similar Debit Card info to verify my paypal account ? They have VISA logo in them as asked by paypal

NO you can not. Even if your debit card is having VISA or MASTER CARD logo, Paypal DO NOT accept Indian Debit Cards. You have to get a Real Credit Card for this.

Please note, for other countries this may be different and paypal may accept Debit Cards. It depends on Bank to Bank.
