Tax Attorney and Investments
Does anyone know if I should look into retaining a tax attorney to deal with taxes on investments? I'm not sure which direction to go. I do know that I'm not personally qualified to deal with investments when it comes around to tax time next year and I don't want to wait until then to figure out which direction to go.
Would a regular bookkeeper be enough? DO I need a special kind of bookkeeper? Or should I go all out and just retain a tax attorney to handle my taxes?
Any help or a place to look for the information would be greatly appreciated. I already know if I ask a tax attorney that they will claim I need them.
