What should I do as Paypal has limited my account ?

This is a very common problem with paypal and happens to mostly NON us citizens who are violating there Terms of Services. Paypal often do this without any reason to make people submit there documents as well.

If paypal has limited your account than you won't be able to send/get funds hence your account will become useless.

To make it normal again, You have to send them there residential information and credit card info. You have to fill CC info at resolution center and also fax your address proof to them.

If you don't send the info than your account will remain locked for at least 6 months. After that paypal removes the lock although I know people whose accounts have remained locked forever.
