When will paypal send money ?

Paypal has minimum payout of $150 so unless you don't cross that limit, you won't get paid. After $150, you can withdraw the money through check on any day.

Please note they charge $5 as fees of sending check and it can take anywhere from 14 to 28 days for that check to reach you.
